BairesDev is seeking a Lead AI Engineer (Python) to guide the technical direction and implementation of advanced AI solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design reliable, production-grade applications that leverage cutting-edge retrieval and modeling architectures.

Responsibilities include leading scalable AI systems, building high-performance APIs, and mentoring engineers. This role requires strong English and hands-on experience with MLOps and LLM APIs in production.

Formación

• 5+ years of software/AI engineering experience.
• Proven expertise in building and optimizing RAG systems.
• Strong Python and FastAPI skills.
• Hands-on experience deploying LLM APIs in production.
• Experience mentoring and aligning with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and development of scalable AI systems and data retrieval pipelines.
• Build robust APIs to expose AI capabilities to enterprise apps.
• Establish best practices for deployment, monitoring, and observability in production.
• Mentor engineers and align technical work with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into architecture.
