BairesDev is seeking a Staff AI Engineer to lead backend AI features end to end, working with a Principal Engineer and tech lead. You will stay hands-on while guiding production LLM systems, LangGraph flows, and RAG pipelines.

This 100% remote role offers competitive USD compensation, flexible hours, and a multicultural environment. You will unblock engineers, participate in design and reviews, and help shape scalable AI infrastructure.

Formación

• 8+ years of Python development experience.
• Proven track record building production LLM systems.
• Hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, agent flows.
• Experience with RAG pipelines over structured and unstructured data.
• Experience with CI/CD and observability.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead backend AI features end to end.
• Build LangGraph agent flows and RAG pipelines over data.
• Hold evaluation and tracing coverage on shipped AI behavior.
• Stay hands-on across development phases with senior engineers.
• Unblock senior engineers and surface blockers early.
