EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead GenAI Engineer to architect, develop, and manage agentic AI solutions on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore as part of a contact center transformation.

You will lead multi-agent workflows, craft LLM-driven conversational experiences, and connect solutions with Amazon Connect to automate customer interactions. The role requires at least 5 years in AI/ML, strong Python and AWS serverless skills, and experience guiding teams.

We are seeking a Lead GenAI Engineer to architect, develop, and manage agentic AI solutions on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore as part of a contact center transformation initiative.
