Globant is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to guide cloud platform design, automation, and security across AWS/Azure/GCP. You will shape technical strategy, lead initiatives, mentor teams, and explore Generative AI for delivery optimization.

The role requires senior DevOps experience, strong IaC and CI/CD expertise, and a hands-on leadership style to drive enterprise-scale outcomes across diverse tech stacks. This remote-friendly position supports teams across Mexico.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, DevSecOps, or Platform Engineering.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• 2+ years of exposure to AI and Generative AI technologies.
• Strong experience supporting enterprise-scale applications and infrastructure.
• Advanced scripting skills with Bash and/or Python.
• Strong knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code, including module development and maintenance.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Experience with SRE practices, monitoring, incident management, and performance optimization.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

This role is ideal for a senior technical leader who combines strong hands-on DevOps expertise with experience in DevSecOps, Cloud Architecture, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure as Code, and SRE practices. What you'll do
