The role emphasizes hands-on work with cloud platforms, IaC, automation, and scalable CI/CD pipelines to support enterprise-scale cloud environments.

Formación

• Experience with public cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).

We’re Hiring: DevOps Engineer | Hybrid – Monterrey, Mexico

At Globant, we help organizations accelerate their cloud transformation through automation, platform engineering, and modern DevOps practices. We are looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join a global engineering team focused on infrastructure automation, CI/CD, cloud operations, and platform reliability.

This is a hybrid opportunity based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, working on enterprise-scale cloud environments and modernization initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills

• Strong experience working with public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
• Experience with configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible
• Strong scripting skills using Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of Git workflows and version control practices

DevOps & Cloud Engineering

• Kubernetes and container orchestration experience
• Experience with cloud networking, security, and identity management
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and operational best practices
• Familiarity with deployment automation and platform engineering concepts

Monitoring & Operations

Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as:

• Datadog
• Azure Monitor
• CloudWatch
• Prometheus
• Grafana
• Application Insights

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools
• Experience with AKS, EKS, or GKE
• Knowledge of cloud governance, security controls, and compliance frameworks
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud environments
