We are currently looking for a Team Lead (Full Stack) to lead a distributed engineering team delivering enterprise-grade applications and cloud-native solutions across global environments.

This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader passionate about modern full-stack development, Agile delivery, DevOps, and AI-assisted engineering workflows.

What You’ll Do

Full-Stack Engineering

• Design, develop, test, and support scalable full-stack applications using:
• Java/J2EE
• Spring MVC / REST APIs
• Groovy
• React or Angular
• TypeScript
  
• Build high-performance APIs and distributed microservices
• Develop reusable UI components and modern front-end architectures
• Improve platform performance, scalability, and maintainability
  
  

Technical Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor a team of Software Developers and QA Automation Engineers
• Drive code quality, engineering standards, and delivery predictability
• Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and technical coaching sessions
• Support sprint planning, capacity management, and backlog prioritization
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing engineering culture
  
  
  

AI-Driven Engineering Practices

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and M365 Copilot
• Implement agent-mode workflows to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and refactoring
• Apply AI-driven insights to improve code quality, testing coverage, and PR review cycles
• Support Spec Kit–driven development practices and AI-enabled SDLC optimization
  
  
  

Cloud, DevOps & Platform Engineering

• Build and deploy cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure
• Contribute to CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
• Containerize and orchestrate services with Docker and Kubernetes
• Collaborate on observability, monitoring, and operational excellence initiatives
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 6–9 years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years working with Java/J2EE ecosystems
• 2+ years leading teams or acting as a hands-on Tech Lead
• Strong expertise with:
• Java/J2EE
• Spring Boot / REST APIs
• React or Angular
• TypeScript
• Microservices architecture
• SQL & NoSQL databases
• Git workflows and CI/CD practices
• Docker & Kubernetes
• Microsoft Azure cloud services
  
• Experience driving Agile/SAFe delivery practices and engineering governance
• Strong communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering workflows is highly valued
