Capgemini Engineering in Mexico is looking for a DevOps Engineer with 5–10 years of experience to design and maintain cloud infrastructure. This hybrid role involves working with Azure, Terraform, and Kubernetes, with opportunities for automation and security best practices.

YOUR ROLE

• Design, build, and maintain secure and scalable cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure using Terraform (IaC).
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes environments and container orchestration platforms.
• Implement security best practices, including identity, access controls, and compliance standards.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation, monitoring, and observability solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve platform reliability, developer experience, and operational efficiency.

YOUR PROFILE

• 5–10 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Terraform, Azure, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, automation, and deployment pipelines.Solid understanding of cloud security, identity management, and compliance.
• Strong Linux and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting in distributed systems.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Interest or exposure to AI‑assisted engineering and modern automation practices is a plus.
• Advanced English.
• Please note this is a hybrid position in CDMX.
