SEGULA Technologies in Mexico City seeks a Junior Design Release Engineer to support release and packaging of powertrain brackets. You will work with cross‑functional teams and global suppliers to manage data, drive changes, and track milestones from concept to production launch.

The role requires a mechanical/automotive background with 0–3 years of experience, CAD familiarity, and strong English communication skills. Growth opportunities exist within a global engineering group.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, automotive, or mechatronics engineering.
• 0–3 years in product engineering or design release in automotive.
• CAD tools experience or training is desirable.
• Proficient in English for global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support design release and packaging of powertrain brackets and mounting systems.
• Coordinate engineering change management and maintain BOM data.
• Conduct 3D DMU reviews and packaging studies for clearance compliance.
• Track deliverables and maintain engineering records for milestones.
• Collaborate with suppliers on tooling status and data compliance.
• Assist in defining DVP&R for component fatigue and vibration validation.
• Prepare technical reports, agendas, and presentations for reviews.
• Participate in root-cause analyses during prototyping and plant builds.
