EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Data Software Engineer in Mexico to drive data-driven insights at scale. You will work with multinational teams, build ML datasets, and shape the Enterprise Data Platform with API-driven scoring and warehouse-based access.

You will lead ML and data engineering initiatives, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Data Scientists to deploy scalable ML solutions, pipelines, and data models.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/CE/Math/Stats or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 1 year leading teams.
• Experience with ML, Data Engineering, ML Infrastructure.
• Strong Python, NumPy, Pandas, SQL skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with creating ML datasets and oversee scoring workflows.
• Develop knowledge of real-time and point-in-time data sources and analytics staff.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists on ML model development and rollout.
• Expand ML capabilities via API-driven scoring and warehouse access.
• Integrate automated processes into ML data pipelines for monitoring and alerts.
• Tune queries and improve performance for efficiency.
• Serve as a point of contact for ML and Data Lifecycle topics.
• Stay informed on databases, data lakes, and warehouse tech trends.
• Coordinate with Analytics to follow architecture and deployment guidelines.
• Design scalable and reusable data models.
