Eaton’s IS AER ITD division in Tijuana seeks a Customs Lead to oversee import and export operations, ensure full regulatory compliance, and drive trade excellence. You will lead a high-performing team, manage key reporting activities, and align policies with Eaton standards while mitigating risk.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as international trade.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• 5–7 years in Trade Compliance, Customs or related areas.
• Experience ensuring compliance with import/export regulations and policies.
• Strong IMMEX program administration knowledge.
• Ability to work independently in a matrixed global org.
• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee import and export operations ensuring compliance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing customs team.
• Administer IMMEX, USMCA, and FTA programs.
• Prepare and review IMMEX/INEGI/VAT reports and related docs.
• Collaborate with Mexico GTM Manager, US GTM Manager, and VAT Certification Manager.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve customs-related challenges; drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure procedures align with Eaton standards and keep records updated.
