Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Trade Compliance and Import/Export Supervisor in Mexico to manage the IMMEX program and ensure adherence to Mexican and international law. The role coordinates logistics, customs transactions, and NAFTA usage while driving compliance across the plant through training and internal audits.

The candidate will establish procedures for the trade team, review import/export manifests, and support FTAs and origin certifications to optimize duties and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in trade compliance and import/export control.
• Knowledge of IMMEX, CTPAT, and OEA programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the IMMEX program in line with Mexican and International laws.
• Coordinate and validate Customs transactions and SMA/NAFTA considerations.
• Prepare and audit import/export documentation and ensure compliance across the plant.
