Job summary

The Eaton Group in Mexico is seeking a Trade Compliance and Import/Export Supervisor to manage the IMMEX program and ensure compliance with Mexican and international laws. You’ll oversee all customs transactions, coordinate domestic/inbound/outbound logistics, and guide the team in cross-functional training and internal audits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in trade compliance or a similar role.
• Experience establishing Maquila, CTPAT and OEA programs for a new location/operation.
• Proficiency with IMMEX and customs compliance.
• Fluent English; strong communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand and promote Eaton values and policies in daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican and international laws.
• Manage inventory control under ANEXO 24 (Vestra).
• Oversee import/export transactions and customs documentation.
• Coordinate IMMEX management, PROSEC and E&O program requirements.
• Support FTAs and origin certificates to optimize duties and efficiency.
