Job summary

Kraken’s Payward Services team seeks a Lead, Business Operations to act as the operating generalist, driving launch readiness, cadence, reporting, and strategic initiatives. You’ll partner with Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to scale processes and automate workflows using AI and integrations.

You’ll own end-to-end process improvements, define launch playbooks, and shepherd cross-functional projects that span multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in BizOps, RevOps, Strategy, or similar roles, including in-house experience at payments, fintech, financial services, or crypto company.
• End-to-end ownership of processes; built systems and kept them running.
• Ability to build launch plans and automate workflows.
• Experience using AI tools, scripts, or no-code automation to remove manual work.
• Clear communication across Sales, Leadership and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Act as operating partner to PWS leadership: run cadence, planning, reviews and leadership updates.
• Automate manual work across the business with AI and integrations.
• Improve partner launches by building repeatable processes with Solutions, Product, and Compliance.
• Bring new products and acquired businesses onto the PWS operating rhythm.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects critical to PWS’s success.
