Blacksmith Agency LLC, a fully remote US digital agency with 30-40 people, seeks a Finance and Operations Lead who owns finance end to end and the people operations that go with it, reporting to ownership as the senior finance person. You run it on your own.

You will manage monthly close, cash, payables, receivables, and controls; lead FP&A models and forecasts; oversee onboarding/offboarding for a multi-country remote team; and provide clear ownership insights to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifikationen

• You have run finance yourself: built the models, owned the close and reported to ownership.

Aufgaben

• Finance: clean books with our bookkeeper, monthly close, cash, payables, receivables and controls.
• FP&A: revenue, margin and cash flow models and forecasts, monthly actual versus forecast, unit economics and capacity model for hiring.
• People operations: onboarding and offboarding for a remote team across several countries, contracts, payroll setup, access in and out.
• Plain answers for ownership on where the business stands and what to do about it.
