Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to drive end-to-end requirements for a software product team, aligning stakeholders and enabling delivery tracking and UAT.

You will translate business needs into testable outcomes, maintain traceability, coordinate cross-functional groups, manage risks, and document workflows, user guides, and acceptance criteria across the full lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience on software development projects.
• Proven leadership experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholder groups.
• Strong project delivery support skills including tracking risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Advanced requirements lifecycle management including success criteria and acceptance criteria definition.
• Strong data analysis skills to derive insights from technical and business inputs.
• Excellent documentation skills for requirements, workflows, process flows, and user guides.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2).
• Strong communication skills to facilitate alignment between business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation across initiatives.
• Define success criteria and acceptance criteria to ensure measurable outcomes.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for technical teams.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, product, and engineering to align priorities.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to clarify needs, collect feedback, and manage expectations.
• Track delivery progress, KPIs, and project metrics and provide business-focused status updates.
• Identify and track risks, issues, dependencies, and action items and drive resolution.
• Coordinate UAT planning, scenarios, scheduling, and execution with stakeholders.
• Document UAT outcomes and obtain business sign-off prior to go-live.
• Support post-deployment validation to confirm expected outcomes.
• Maintain requirements traceability from discovery through deployment and validation.
