Align Technology is seeking a Software Business Analyst to support global and local manufacturing operations. You will gather requirements, write specs, and analyze processes to drive improvements, collaborating across IT, QA, and operations teams.

You will steer users toward appropriate solutions, assist with UAT, and assess impact and benefits post-release, while maintaining strong English communication and documentation skills.

Formación

• 5+ years in software-related roles with 4+ years in Manufacturing Operations.
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• Ability to learn MES architecture and manufacturing operations principles.
• Strong process documentation and business requirements writing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• SQL query skills for analyzing production data.

Responsabilidades

• Attend global and local meetings to discuss business requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Write software requirements specifications following IT processes and Align SOPs.
• Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis of business processes to identify improvements.
• Guide business users to solutions aligned with process maturity and available technology.
• Contribute input to the development team for new or enhanced solutions.
• Assist users and local analysts with preparing and administering user acceptance tests.
• Assess impact of business requests before release.
• Measure expected benefits and collect user feedback after releases.
