Wallenius Wilhelmsen Group is seeking an Accessory Supervisor in Aguascalientes to lead daily operations, ensuring quality, safety and productivity targets. You will implement SOPs, conduct process audits, and drive continuous improvement while developing teams and monitoring KPIs.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, 3+ years supervisory experience in automotive manufacturing or logistics, and solid knowledge of QA, Kaizen, and actions to improve performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• Minimum of three years in a supervisory role in automotive manufacturing or logistics with personnel management.
• Knowledge of quality control, audits, Kaizen, and KPIs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business applications.
