Autoliv Mexico is seeking an APS Manager to lead Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives across its automotive manufacturing footprint. You will embed Lean principles, drive cost savings, and improve margins through performance governance and ROI-driven projects.

The role requires extensive shop-floor leadership, cross-site collaboration, and training delivery, with a strong focus on OEE, inventory, and working capital optimization. Advanced English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience implementing Lean across multiple sites within automotive or manufacturing environment.
• Strong shop floor exposure.
• Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing: line balancing, takt time, time sequences, bottleneck, LMPU, JIT principles, quality tools, TPM basics, VSM.
• Advance English proficiency required.
• Lean Certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Identify structural cost reduction opportunities across conversion costs, direct and indirect labor, scrap and rework; drive a zero-defect culture.
• Drive governance and portfolio management by prioritizing high-impact initiatives, leading CI efforts, and reporting savings to executives.
• Foster a high-performance culture by promoting APS principles, building Lean capabilities, delivering training and certifications.
• Optimize structural costs by improving layout, line balance, reducing variability, enabling automation with strong ROI.
