Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with hands-on coding and architecture.
• Experience orchestrating multi-agent workflows (planner, implementer, reviewer, tester).
• Ability to write and ship production code independently without relying on agents.

Responsibilities

• Decompose work into specs and tasks that agents can execute.
• Supervise agent output, challenge decisions, and correct drift.
• Define acceptance criteria and quality gates for automated or AI-assisted development.
• Build verification into every loop with tests, linters, and type checks.
• Report on specs, tests, review outcomes, and production metrics.
