EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior/Lead AI Engineer in Mexico to design, build, and scale end-to-end AI applications, including chatbots and LLM-driven solutions. You will work directly with clients, drive technical decisions, and deliver production-grade AI systems with real business impact.

You will design and deploy AI/LLM applications at scale, architect agentic workflows, and build APIs and data pipelines. Strong programming and MLOps expertise are essential for success.

Formación

• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering with production-grade delivery.
• Proficient in Python/Java/C#/Go or similar languages.
• Hands-on with major LLM platforms, agent frameworks, and integration patterns.
• Experience with vector databases and retrieval/ranking systems.
• Knowledge of MLOps/AIOps, monitoring, and security.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deploy AI/LLM applications at scale.
• Architect solutions using agentic frameworks, integrating with vector databases and memory architectures.
• Build APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise integrations (CRM, ERP, cloud platforms).
• Evaluate and refine AI performance using LLM-based evaluation and A/B testing.
• Ensure performance, security, observability, and cost-efficiency across deployed solutions.
• Conduct research, rapid prototyping, and experimentation to validate feasibility and business value.
• Stay current with emerging AI protocols and evolving LLM technologies.
