LexisNexis Legal & Professional in Mexico City is seeking a Senior II Data Scientist to lead development of AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI systems. You will collaborate with product managers and researchers to translate business needs into scalable, production-ready software.

You will own end-to-end AI deployments, monitor performance with metrics, and contribute as an individual contributor to software development.

Formación

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Data Scientist or similar roles.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience building RAG-based applications and agentic AI systems.
• Ability to design and explain end-to-end AI solution architectures.
• Strong communication skills in English, including the ability to explain technical concepts to different audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects (LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows) from problem definition to deployment.
• Monitor, evaluate and optimize AI system performance using metrics and experimentation.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and communicate results.
• Contribute directly to software development as an individual contributor.
