EPAM Systems, Inc. in Mexico invites you to join our international team as a Lead AI Engineer, advancing the insurance sector with agent-based AI technology and smart automation products that empower brokers to focus on advisory work and stronger client engagement.

Responsibilities include assessing automation opportunities, building resilient AI platforms, and delivering AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and data extraction.

Formación

• 5+ years in software development or AI-related tech.
• At least 1 year supervising or coordinating software teams.
• Advanced Python and TypeScript skills for AI-based products.
• Experience taking AI initiatives from exploration to production.
• Hands-on ML knowledge, predictive models, and LLM tech.
• CI/CD automation and deploying workloads via containers.
• Strong communication with business partners and English at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Examine broking activities to identify where intelligent automation adds value.
• Create and launch AI platforms to handle complex insurance processes.
• Deliver AI solutions combining LLMs, RAG, document understanding, and data extraction.
• Collaborate with brokerage, underwriting, and operations experts to translate pain points into AI products.
• Lead the end-to-end development path from discovery to release, measurement and improvement.
• Establish methods for AI quality, observability, and production visibility.
