Maersk in Mexico City seeks an Automation Engineer – AI & Intelligent Automation to design and deliver intelligent automation using Power Platform, Generative AI, Copilot technologies, Agentic AI, and orchestration. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, data engineers, and AI specialists to transform processes and boost efficiency.

The role focuses on AI-powered workflows, governance, security, and Responsible AI, with enterprise-scale initiatives across a global logistics

Formación

4–7 years of experience designing and implementing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
Hands-on experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows, Power Automate Desktop, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
Experience integrating automation solutions with SAP, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure, and other enterprise apps.
Knowledge of Generative AI technologies, AI Builder, Azure AI Services, Copilot Studio, LLMs, Intelligent Document Processing, or related AI capabilities.
Understanding of enterprise automation architecture, solution design, and operational excellence practices.
Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset with a passion for innovation.

Responsabilidades

Design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Azure AI Services, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder.
Build end-to-end automation solutions that integrate APIs, RPA, AI services, and enterprise business applications.
Develop AI-powered workflows that support document understanding, information extraction, email triage, content generation, case summarization, and decision support.
Create autonomous AI agents and digital assistants capable of orchestrating workflows and executing multi-step business processes.
Monitor, maintain, and optimize enterprise automation solutions to improve reliability, scalability, performance, and business outcomes.
Apply governance, security, compliance, and Responsible AI principles across all automation and AI initiatives.
Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities to simplify processes and expand the use of intelligent automation across the organization.
