YOUR ROLE:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Lead AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and Generative AI solutions that address complex business challenges and drive measurable business value. The ideal candidate combines expertise in machine learning, large language models (LLMs), cloud-native AI platforms, and modern software engineering practices to deliver production-ready intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development, deployment, and maintainance of end-to-end AI and Generative AI solutions that address business challenges and drive measurable outcomes.
• Contribute to solution design, architecture discussions, and deployment strategies across AI initiatives.
• Build and optimize machine learning models, Large Language Model (LLM) applications, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and backend services to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to drive innovation and improve development practices.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent
• Able to identify, propose, implement, deploy and optimize AI Solutions tailored for different client and industries.
• Proficiency in Python & APIs
• Experience in Cloud Platforms (Azure or GCP) and its AI Services
• Strong understanding of AI Solutions & Implementations (Design & Architecture, RAG & Retrieval, Cost/resources optimization)
• Strong Experience in AI Agents (Creation from Scratch, Orchestration, Architecture)
• Advanced understanding of Generative AI Solutions, LLM, Prompt Engineering (Context, Loop, Iterations)
• Able to clearly communicate with technical and non-technical audiences (including stakeholders)
• Able to provide mentorship to other Engineers (including AI Engineers)
• Advanced English Communication.
