Capgemini Engineering in Mexico invites you to join a world leader in engineering services. You will participate in AI capability deployment, collaborating with global teams to deliver safe, scalable AI solutions across industries.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science and 2+ years in software development with a passion for Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG. You will translate business problems into AI use cases and contribute to enterprise AI platform infrastructure.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in software development.
• Passion for Generative AI and software development with hands-on AI web apps.
• Experience translating business problems into AI use cases and technical solutions.
• Familiarity with LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Working knowledge of Agentic AI systems and cloud services.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate in developing and deploying Agentic AI solutions with scalable outcomes.
• Build and scale enterprise AI platform infrastructure and define best practices.
• Integrate AI platforms with internal systems to support diverse use cases.
• Create AI prototypes and demos to drive adoption and showcase capabilities.
• Deliver technical consulting and mentoring across cross-functional AI initiatives.

Your Role

You will participate in current process analysis to implement and leverage AI capabilities in a safe, consistent and efficient manner at our company.

Main Activities

• Collaborate in the development and deployment of Agentic AI solutions, ensuring scalable, high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals.


• Built and scaled enterprise AI platform infrastructure, defining best practices and technical direction.


• Integrated AI platforms with internal systems to support diverse business use cases.


• Created AI prototypes and demos to drive adoption and showcase capabilities.


• Deliver technical consulting and guidance, mentoring teams and supporting cross-functional AI initiatives

Your Profile

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent


• 2+ years of experience in software development


• Passion for Generative AI and software development, with hands‑on experience delivering AI-powered web applications.


• Experience translating business problems into AI use cases and technical solutions.


• Practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.


• Working knowledge of Agentic AI systems.


• Experience with Cloud platforms and AI services.


• Hands‑on DevOps skills.


• Practical Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools for developers.


• Familiarity with data governance and responsible AI frameworks.


• Advanced English Communication.
