Capgemini Engineering in Mexico delivers engineering services to world-leading companies. As a Sr .Net Engineer you will develop features with .Net Core and Azure, and maintain existing code while collaborating in Scrum ceremonies.

We seek 6+ years of backend development, a Bachelor in Computer Sciences, and fluent conversational English. Experience with Azure DevOps and design patterns is valued; frontend exposure is a nice-to-have.

• Develop new features using .Net Core and Azure.
• Maintain existing features (including bug fixes).
• Maintain assigned PBIs and tasks.
• Deploy code to environment and coordinate with SQA.
• Estimate tasks and PBIs.
• Attend scrum ceremonies (Daily, Backlog refinement, Planning).
• Follow up on requirements with Scrum master or development team.

YOUR ROLE:

You will participate with a top client in the Retail/Beverage industry as a Sr .Net Engineer with experience working with .Net and will have the chance to work either on small or very large features.

Main Responsibilities (included, but not limited to):

• Develop new features using .Net Core and Azure
• Maintain existing features (including bug fixes)
• Maintain assigned PBIs and tasks
• Deploy code to environment and follow up on delivery with SQA
• Estimate tasks and PBIs
• Attend scrum ceremonies (Daily, Backlog refinement, Planning)
• Follow up on requirements with Scrum master or development team

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent
• 6+ years of experience in Backend Development
• Experience in .Net Core 6, C#, Web API, SQL Server & Git
• Working knowledge of Design Patterns, Clean Architecture, Software Development good practices
• Experience working with Azure Cloud (functions, web jobs, queues, topics, blob storage, app services and databases) & Azure DevOps (Build pipelines, Release pipelines, Repositories, ETC)
• Conversational English

Nice to have:

Experience with Frontend, React, TS, CSS and/or HTML.
