Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development and deployment of Agentic AI solutions. You will build scalable AI platform infrastructure and integrate AI platforms with internal systems to support diverse business use cases.

Ideal candidates bring practical experience with LLMs, RAG, and microservices. You will work in an Agile environment, mentor teams, and help define technical direction while delivering practical, scalable AI outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Working knowledge of Agentic AI systems and AI platform integration.
• Hands-on experience with core ML concepts and practical implementations.
