Capgemini Mexico is seeking an experienced ML engineer to build and deploy production-grade ML solutions that drive forecasting, scoring and AI-driven business outcomes. You will leverage Python, SQL, PySpark and cloud platforms to deliver scalable data workflows and transparent model explanations.

• 5+ years of ML development experience in production systems.
• Strong Python/SQL/PySpark skills for large-scale datasets.
• Hands-on experience with XGBoost or LightGBM in production environments.
