Job summary

You will integrate data from multiple sources, identify quality risks, drive improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure top-quality launches and sustained reliability. A BS in Engineering is required and experience with automotive quality tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Sciences, or related field.
• Strong data analytics and ability to translate data into quality insights.
• Experience with automotive quality tools and warranty analysis.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled analytics tools for reporting.
• Ability to communicate quality performance to stakeholders.
• Experience interfacing with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with program quality planning and launch quality processes.
• Prefer experience with JD Power or Consumer Reports data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Quality Analytics SME to support vehicle-line quality objectives through analysis and forecasting.
• Lead process and system-level gap-to-target analyses for program quality reviews.
• Support launch scorecard quality assessments and reliability workstreams.
• Act as plant-based lead for model quality analysis and issue resolution.
• Develop and deploy vehicle-line quality targets down to components.
