Job summary

ProTrans is seeking a Project Manager – Implementations to lead customer launches and Change Management initiatives through the full lifecycle. You will align customers, stakeholders, and operations to achieve successful implementation and governance adherence.

Responsibilities include managing risks, readiness, communications, and smooth transitions into stabilization for ongoing ownership, while partnering with multiple functions to drive execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project management, program management, operations, supply chain, logistics, or related environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience managing projects through full lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, go-live, stabilization, closure.
• Strong English and Spanish written and verbal communication.
• Ability to align requirements, manage expectations, resolve issues, and drive outcomes with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer launches and Change Management initiatives through the full project lifecycle.
• Develop, maintain, and execute project tools, documentation, and governance artifacts.
• Drive execution by aligning teams, enabling decisions, and resolving issues.
• Ensure smooth transition into stabilization and operational ownership.
• Serve as primary project leader and customer point of contact.
• Facilitate governance reviews, status discussions, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and governance reporting.
• Support risk management, readiness validation, and escalation when needed.
