Job summary

ProTrans International Holdings is seeking a Project Manager – Implementations to lead customer launches and Change Management initiatives through the full lifecycle, aligning customers, stakeholders, and operations to ensure governance and readiness.

You will own delivery, manage cross-functional teams, facilitate reviews, and drive risk mitigation, ensuring a smooth transition to stabilization and operational ownership.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of progressive experience in project management, program management, operations, supply chain, logistics, or related environments.
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Experience managing projects through full lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, go‑live, stabilization, and closure.
• Experience working with customers and internal stakeholders to align requirements, manage expectations, and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer launches and Change Management initiatives through the full project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project management tools, documentation, and governance artifacts.
• Drive execution by aligning teams, facilitating decisions, and resolving issues.
• Ensure successful transition of projects into stabilization and operational ownership.
• Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and milestones to stakeholders.
