Harman International in Querétaro, Mexico is seeking a Launch Engineer to lead industrial product introductions and coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced automotive environment.

You will manage PFMEA, process changes, and documentation, and drive packaging, BOM, and PV readiness from concept through production. The role requires a bachelor in Industrial/Electronic/Electromechanical, 5+ years in manufacturing, strong CI experience, and proficient English; willingness to travel.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineer/Electronic/Electromechanical.
• 5+ years in industrial product manufacturing.
• 5 years coordinating new projects.
• 5 years implementing Continuous Improvement and excellence methods.
• English 90% proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Supports recurring meetings to track project progress.
• Coordinate documentation: PFMEAS, flowcharts, Control Plans, Visual Aids, VJIs, layouts.
• Maintains and improves project status using Projectbook and related tools.
• Coordinates changes with Engineering, Programs, and PC
• Lead new model runs, maturity gates, and packaging changes.
• Drive and oversee implementation of BOM changes and process improvements.
• Ensure quality systems and environmental management requirements are met.
