Bosch México is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering professional to lead product engineering activities, including APQP, PPAP, and RFQ processes, and to coordinate multi-functional startup efforts for new launches. You will ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards while driving cost optimization.

The role requires 3–5 years in project management within the automotive sector, strong English skills, and ability to manage documentation and budgets.

Formación

• Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering degree preferred.
• Advanced English language required.
• Proven experience in Project Management within Automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP and RFQ processes.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
• Familiarity with ISO/IATF standards and quality compliance.
• Proficient in cost analysis and budget tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Manufacturing Engineering activities for assigned products, including APQP, PPAP and RFQ.
• Coordinate project startups among Plant, Lead Plant, Development, Sales and Customer teams for smooth launches.
• Manage change management for existing products ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate product documentation and engineering records across departments.
• Monitor adherence to quality standards and automotive specifications throughout the lifecycle.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and optimize performance.
• Conduct cost analyses and support budget tracking to meet financial targets.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to mitigate them.
• Lead continuous process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Prepare and present project status reports and metrics to management.
