Harman International in Queretaro, Mexico, is seeking a Process Engineer SMT to manage new launches, line transfers, and capacity increases in manufacturing. You will drive layout improvements and cost reductions through Harman Production System principles, supervise processes when needed, and support production with training and documentation.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Industrial/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronic engineering with 5 years of process engineering experience, strong

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electronic Engineering with 5 years of manufacturing experience as Process Engineer Soldering.
• Advanced English level ~90% (reading/writing) for fluent presentations.
• Experience in New Launches, transfers, capacity increases and process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead successful project transfers and new launches.
• Track equipment and manage installation requisitions.
• Prepare release documentation per client requirements.
• Monitor KPIs for continuous improvement and sustainability.
• Train production personnel and support manufacturing areas.
• Maintain updated process documentation.
