The role emphasizes strong leadership, governance, and collaboration with senior leaders while coordinating budgets, timelines, and priorities to ensure customer success and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in IT, telecommunications, or technology services.
• Proven experience leading complex programs and multiple projects, ideally in telecom or large-scale technology environments.
• Experience working with international, cross-functional teams and customers across different countries.
• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills, including experience engaging with senior leaders.
• A solid understanding of telecom platforms, BSS/OSS, CRM, billing, system integration, or digital transformation.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, risks, timelines, and delivery governance.
