Job summary

Fluent English and Spanish are preferred. You will work with global customers and partners, manage budgets, timelines, risks, and governance, and report to senior leadership to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of IT, telecom, or technology services experience.
• Proven experience leading complex programs and multiple projects.
• Experience with international, cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of telecom platforms, BSS/OSS, CRM, billing, and system integration.
