Equity Packaging LATAM is seeking a Technical Manager for New Business Development to expand its footprint in Latin America. This role combines technical packaging knowledge with business development capability, identifying new opportunities and translating customer needs into actionable solutions.

The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of professional experience in the packaging sector, fluency in English and Spanish, and a strong background in service-based selling. A competitive salary package with performance incentives will be offered.

Formación

• 10–15 years of professional experience within the packaging or supply chain services sector in Latin America.
• Bi-lingual/Tri-lingual mastery in English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Experience in technical account management bridging US standards and local LATAM realities.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop opportunities with regional and multinational accounts.
• Translate customer requirements into packaging and service solutions.
• Partner with technical leads on account strategy and proposals.
