Sovos is seeking a Counsel to navigate LatAm legal complexities, with emphasis on Mexico, supporting both local and global teams.

You will draft and negotiate technology contracts, advise on regulatory risk, and manage employment law matters while collaborating with sales and outside counsel. The role offers a fast-paced environment with AI-assisted workflows and opportunities to shape global tax compliance initiatives.

Formación

• Licensed to practice law in good standing in Mexico.
• Experience providing commercial legal counsel.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and negotiate SaaS agreements, NDAs, and partner contracts.
• Provide strategic legal advice on deal structuring and risk management.
• Oversee cross-border transactions and regulatory compliance.
• Advise on employment law and coordinate with outside counsel.
