- C68 is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel to support AWS sales teams in Latin America, negotiating and drafting strategic enterprise agreements and technology licensing agreements. The role includes advising on policy, regulatory and compliance issues, supporting business development and regional expansion, and providing ongoing legal counsel and contract interpretation to cross‑functional teams.

Formación

• 2+ years of post-bar admission legal experience.
• JD and bar admission in at least one jurisdiction.
• Business fluent Spanish and English (speaking and writing, including negotiating and drafting contracts).

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate, draft and advise on strategic enterprise agreements and technology licensing agreements for AWS.
• Advise on policy, regulatory and compliance issues affecting AWS operations in Latin America.
• Assist with business development, marketing initiatives and regional expansion.
• Provide ongoing legal counsel and contract interpretation for cross-functional business teams; manage pre-litigation disputes and inquiries.
