PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Supply Planning Analyst for LATAM, based in Mexico City. The role supports the implementation and continuous improvement of planning tools across LATAM, aligning with established processes and regional needs.

You will collaborate with regional teams to strengthen data quality, monitor performance, and develop dashboards that drive informed decisions. The position emphasizes data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and capability building in a fast-paced global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Research or a related field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting and Business Intelligence tools.
• Exposure to SAP, MRP systems or other Supply Chain planning platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promote effective use of SAP MRP, ONE and Inventory Optimizer across LATAM.
• Monitor tool adoption and process adherence; identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Build and maintain dashboards covering MRP, BOM adherence and other planning metrics.
• Turn data into insights to support business decisions and opportunities.
• Ensure data quality by monitoring master data and planning parameters.
• Drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes and standardizing workflows.
• Support training and knowledge sharing to strengthen planner capabilities.
• Communicate insights to regional governance and management reviews.
