Geotab is seeking a Solutions Engineer in Mexico City to tailor solutions for partners and customers. This role requires a focus on understanding client needs, providing technical support, and driving sales growth through collaboration.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in engineering or software development. A strong command of both English and Spanish is essential, alongside knowledge of telematics and APIs.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant technical field.
• Ability to travel up to 25% across Latin America and North America.
• Experience with programming languages like Python or SQL.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Identify customer needs and adapt solutions accordingly.
• Develop tools and educational content for internal and external stakeholders.
• Evaluate gaps in the product ecosystem and provide feedback.
• Engage with partners to optimize the use of Geotab technology.
