Meta's Latin America Public Policy team seeks a dynamic Public Policy Manager to lead AI-native policy workflows, regional narratives, and strategic internal communications across LATAM. The role collaborates with global leadership to scale policy analysis and reporting, shaping messaging for product, regulation, and strategy.

Candidates should have 5+ years in public policy or related fields, plus experience translating complex tech and regulatory issues for non-specialists, with fluency in

• Bachelor's degree in law, political science, international affairs, or economics.
• 5+ years in public policy, tech, advocacy, government affairs, or related fields.
• Experience designing and applying AI tools for policy research and related workflows.
• Experience framing complex issues through narratives, presentations, memos, and briefings.
• Experience developing metrics, quantitative analysis, measurement frameworks, and/or impact assessments.
• Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese helpful for LATAM.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI-native projects, designing and scaling workflows that multiply team capacity and improve policy analysis.
• Develop and maintain regional narratives library and adapt them for local teams' needs.
• Produce the team's core communications to leadership and keep regional/global leadership updated.
• Lead ad-hoc events and projects, coordinating cross-functionally.
• Manage budgets and contract coordination for the team.
• Involve in product analysis when needed and communicate features across teams.
