Job summary

You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving governance, risk management, and milestone progress across the region. Strong English, analytical thinking, and program management expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years in business management, project management, or leadership roles.
Proven ability to influence in cross‑functional environments without direct authority.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; can structure ambiguity.
Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership.
Proficiency with MS Project and PowerPoint; thrives in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

Develop and govern integrated project and program plans with milestones and ownership.
Lead cross‑functional coordination; identify risks and dependencies; offer actionable recommendations.
Establish program governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication routines for visibility into risks and decisions.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to remove barriers and maintain momentum on priorities.
Ensure follow‑through on leadership decisions by tracking commitments and actions to closure.
