PepsiCo Inc. in Mexico City seeks a LATAM OPEX Productivity Manager to drive cost competitiveness across Make, Move, Sell and G&A, partnering with OU, Finance and Supply Chain to identify opportunities and deliver year-over-year P&L improvements.

The role focuses on regional governance, benchmarking, pipeline development and best-practice replication, with emphasis on data analytics, dashboards, and cross-market alignment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related; MBA / MSc desirable.
• 6+ years of Supply Chain, Operations, Productivity, Finance or Transformation experience in a multi-market environment.
• Strong financial acumen: P&L, prior-year baseline logic, net savings, cost-per-unit analysis.
• Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese desirable.
• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent Continuous Improvement capability desirable.
• Advanced analytical skills and fluency with Excel, Power BI and digital productivity tools.

Responsabilidades

• Owns regional consolidation and analysis of OPEX performance across Make, Move, Sell & G&A.
• Develops benchmarks across OUs, markets, sites and operating models; sizes opportunities.
• Leads conversion of insights into a robust regional productivity pipeline with timelines and expected net P&L value.
• Identifies best practices and coordinates deployment roadmaps with OU leaders.
• Ensures alignment of baselines, metrics, and net savings with Finance and Value Realization.
• Supports annual and strategic planning by assessing OPEX gaps to target.
• Establishes routines with OU Productivity teams to monitor maturation and delivery risks.
• Produces leadership-ready insights on OPEX performance, benchmarks, and risks.
• Develops standardized dashboards and analytical tools to improve data speed and decision-making.
• Strengthens regional OPEX productivity capability through workshops and coaching.
