PepsiCo LATAM is seeking an LATAM OPEX Productivity Manager to improve cost competitiveness by accelerating productivity across Make, Move, Sell and G&A. You will partner with OU, Finance and Supply Chain to identify opportunities, mitigate inflation and enable sustainable year-over-year P&L improvement.

Your role includes leading regional benchmarking, building a robust productivity pipeline, and ensuring clear governance and executive reporting across multiple countries and functions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA/ MSc desirable.
• 6+ years in Supply Chain, Operations, Productivity, Finance or Transformation across multiple markets.
• Strong knowledge of OPEX drivers and productivity across Make, Move, Sell and G&A.
• Experience in productivity diagnostics, benchmarking and business case development.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Own regional OPEX performance analysis across Make, Move, Sell and G&A.
• Develop benchmarks and quantify gaps to translate into opportunities.
• Lead the OPEX productivity pipeline with timelines and expected net P&L impact.
• Coordinate replication of best practices with regional and functional leaders.
• Build executive reporting on OPEX performance, risks and decisions.
• Develop standardized dashboards and analytics to improve decision speed.
• Strengthen regional OPEX capability through workshops and playbooks.
