Baxter Healthcare in Mexico City is seeking a Manager for Medical Affairs - LATAM North. Based in Mexico City, you will lead regional Medical Affairs across LATAM North, engaging surgeons and key opinion leaders, and shaping evidence generation and education initiatives.

The ideal candidate is an MD with surgical experience, strong scientific credibility, and ability to train surgeons in operating room and lab settings while collaborating across functions.

Formación

• MD with meaningful surgical experience and clinical credibility.
• Experience educating surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to train in operating rooms and laboratory settings.
• Willingness to travel across LATAM North.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Advanced Surgery Medical Affairs across LATAM North.
• Develop regional Medical Affairs plan aligned with Americas and Global priorities.
• Serve as the primary medical and scientific expert for the portfolio in the region.
• Provide medical guidance on clinical evidence, product use, and competitive landscape.
• Identify regional medical needs and opportunities to improve patient care.
• Lead surgeon education programs, workshops, and hands-on training.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance.
• Represent Medical Affairs at customer trainings and regional congresses.
