Abbott in Mexico City is seeking a Medical Manager to lead Medical Affairs activities, collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory and PV teams, and guide scientific communications for Abbott products. The role involves governance, training, and relationship building with medical communities.

The position requires a Medical degree with postgraduate specialization, at least five years in Medical Affairs, strong English, and travel flexibility to support regional activities.

Formación

• 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs or Medical practice.
• Good awareness and understanding of medical affairs operations, and working across many functional areas, including Marketing support and Sales Force training.
• Good awareness and understanding of Medical Studies, inspection readiness, communication channels.
• Good English language communication skills, both in written and oral form.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Medical Managers ensuring Medical Affairs requirements are followed per policy.
• Provide medical support to marketing, training and other functional areas.
• Support scientific and medical evaluation of business opportunities and opportunities for new evidence generation.
• Ensure SOPs, regulatory requirements and pharmacovigilance are followed in activities.
