Bacardi invites an experienced Supply Chain professional to lead Logistics across Latin America, overseeing warehouses, transportation and international trade while guiding a regional team of logistics professionals.

You will own local transport and warehouse budgets, drive cost-to-serve improvements, and partner with Sales, Customer Service and IT to optimize service levels, inventory and ESG initiatives across the region.

Formación

• Extensive experience in logistics management within multinational settings.
• Proven ability to design and improve logistics networks across regions.
• Strong leadership and change-management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Design, improve and operate the Latin America logistics network.
• Lead regional governance with Sales, Customer Service and Planning to ensure service performance.
• Own inventory control, reverse logistics and adherence to revenue recognition policies.
• Negotiate logistics discounts and related charges with customers/partners.
• Drive cost-to-serve initiatives and deliver measurable savings.
