Mattel is seeking a Director of Logistics – LATAM to lead regional logistics strategy and execution across Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and Peru. You will align global standards with local market needs, oversee ocean freight, customs, warehousing, and distribution, and drive service, cost efficiency, and compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, International Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering)
• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain and logistics within multinational companies
• Proven leadership of multi-country LATAM logistics operations and cross-border teams
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese desirable

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement the regional LATAM logistics strategy aligned with global objectives and local needs
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics including ocean freight, customs, warehousing, and distribution
• Lead local and regional teams across LATAM and mentor senior managers
• Define KPIs and provide executive-level reporting to regional and global leadership
• Drive cost optimization, operational efficiency and continuous improvement across logistics operations
