Mattel is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Cost Analytics & Performance LATAM to support the regional Finance team. You will monitor product cost, inventory and logistics costs, explain variances, and translate data into actionable insights for the business.

In this role you will partner with FP&A, Controllership, Supply Chain and global stakeholders, strengthen reporting quality, and contribute to cost performance improvement across LATAM.

Formación

• Minimum 3–4 years in Finance, FP&A, cost accounting or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical mindset, translating data into insights.
• Solid understanding of P&L, Gross Margin, Cost of Sales, inventory and logistics costs.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze key accounts driving product cost and logistics performance.
• Perform month-end close reconciliations for cost, inventory and logistics accounts.
• Support Gross Margin/Cost of Sales reporting and explain variances.
• Participate in SOX controls and maintain supporting evidence.
